This policy describes what data Liberators.ai collects when you visit this site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum we need to do good work.
Who we are
Liberators.ai is operated by Liberators, an AI automation studio based in Athens, Greece. You can reach us at hello@liberators.ai.
What we collect
Contact form data. When you submit our audit form, we collect your name, email, business name, website, and the challenge you describe. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe to our dispatches, we store your email address until you unsubscribe.
Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not track you across other sites or share your data with ad networks.
Cookies. A small number of functional cookies remember your preferences (e.g. that you dismissed our cookie banner). See the Cookies section below.
How we use your data
We use the data you give us to reply to enquiries, schedule audit calls, send the dispatches you signed up for, and improve the site. We do not sell your data, ever.
Where your data is stored
Form submissions are sent to our internal CRM. Newsletter emails are managed by our email service provider. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised. All third-party processors are bound by data-protection agreements.
Cookies
We use one functional cookie to remember your consent choice. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear cookies any time from your browser settings.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to its processing. Email hello@liberators.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
